Is Castro's open to the public?

Yes! Come on, come all - Castro's is open to the public and we would love to see your beautiful face in here.

What are your hours of operation?

Sun - Wed: 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Thurs - Sat: 10:00 AM - 2:00 AM

Do you have a ladies night?

We do! Castro's has ladies night every Wednesday night from 5:00 PM to close.

There will be curated cocktails, discounts on wine + champagne and deals on cigars. Come down and enjoy the evening with us!

Do you have private lockers?

Yes! We currently have some private lockers that are available to rent to store your cigars. 

Stop into Castro's to see what locations and plans we have available.

Do you sell cigar accessories?

Yes! We have a wide selection of cutters, lighters, ashtrays and humidification devices (just to name a few).

You'll also find some pretty cool swag, travel humidors, knifes and more! Stop in and check it out.

Do you offer any drinks that are not on the menu?

We do! Speak to our head mixologist and let them create something amazing for you.

Can I order one of your barrel releases for pickup?

Yes! We do allow you to place an order online for in store pickup.

Can I return an item to the store?

Unfortunately not - please contact us (using the form on this page) and we will get everything sorted out for you.

Will I get a receipt for my purchase?

Yes! You will receive an emailed receipt to the address provided on the order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

After an order is completed in the system there is no way to change or edit an order.

But no worries - just reach out to us using the form on this page and we can get everything sorted out for you.

What shipping method do you use?

At this current time we use USPS and UPS to ship our packages.

At the time of the shipping creation we choose the method that will get there the fastest.

Will I get a tracking number with my order?

Yes! Every item that ships from us will have a tracking number associated with it.

Please keep in mind that the tracking numbers and their systems are maintained by the shipper. This means there are times their system might be down or the information is lagging.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We're so sorry this happened to you! Please reach out to us ASAP and we will get it corrected.

Can I order a barrel release to be shipped to my house?

We wish! At this current time, due to Federal and State laws we can not ship any liquors. Sorry.
